Members:
Ex officio members: Principal who chairs the board, Manager, 6 appointed members:
2 teacher representatives
2 representatives of parents of students
2 student representatives
For each elected member, a substitute is appointed under the same conditions.
Ex-officio members have no substitute and are not replaced in the event of their absence.
The missions :
Referral to the Disciplinary Board falls under disciplinary procedures. It meets to examine in a contradictory manner the most serious breaches of the internal regulations in a configuration marked by solemnity. The upstream and downstream procedure is very strict and is open to appeal in the event of an irregularity.
